Magnus, a serial entrepreneur behind Solidify and Transcendent Group, saw how disconnected security and compliance processes slowed innovation and increased risk.
Emelie, with over two decades in risk management and governance, recognized the inefficiencies of traditional GRC tools and practices that relied on outdated, top-down approaches instead of real-time data from where work happens.
Fabien, a key contributor to GitHub Copilot, understood the power of AI in simplifying complexity.
Determined to solve these challenges, they created Nooga— tools that seamlessly integrate governance, risk management and compliance into existing workflows.
